I said this to my son this week. It made me remember Proverbs 18:21- life and death are in the power of the tongue. Not matter what stage of life you are in, this is important to remember. Remember that saying, “he who dies with the most toys, still dies.” It’s easy to measure what we have vs our neighbor, friend, or what we see on tv. That is basically coveting which the Bible warns against. Be thankful for your blessings, don’t be envious for those who have more than you.
